I’m Shane, the founder and chairman of W12 Group. I started this company eight years ago and in that time our team and business has gone from strength to strength. We’ve done everything from office fit outs to high end developments as well as private developments like large underground basement extensions. We’re a big business with big capabilities but we haven’t forgotten the little things, like putting people first.

Laura Jeffery
Shane may be the MD but I’m the real boss… I’m Laura, Shane’s partner, and I’ve been here since day one, helping this family run business develop and grow day in and day out. My background is banking, I’m a qualified and licensed financial advisor but W12 is my passion. I love working alongside this team doing what we can for some brilliant people we’re lucky to call clients. In addition to my duties as a Director, I also use my management skills to head up our Maintenance division. So, if you do decide to give us a call it’ll be my team that you talk to first (I promise they’re a lovely lot).

Amy Breen
Group Office Manager
I’m Amy and I have been with the company for a number of years, watching the business grow. I started off by supporting the scheduling team and accounts department by carrying out low level admin tasks and I am now the Helpdesk Manager and look after most of the invoicing, reports and quotations.
The thing I love about working for W12 is that no 2 days are the same and each member of staff is willing to go the extra mile to not only help our clients, but also each other.
Matt Frost
Operations Manager
I'm Matt, I joined the team as an engineer 3 years ago, undertaking jobs out in the field and covering large areas.
My main background is electrical works but have extensive experience and knowledge with everything property maintenance having worked in the industry for over 25 years. It has been a real pleasure being a part of W12 whilst watching the company grow and expand. Since joining the W12 family I have worked my way up from engineer to lead engineer and have been promoted to operations and quality manager.
As operations and quality manager I feel it important to support and pass on knowledge to all the team in all aspects of our business.
Linda Jeffery
Accounts Administrator
I am Linda and I’ve worked for W12 for just over a year.
I work in accounts on a part time basis. When I joined, I worked in a support role, but because the business has grown so much so quickly now my role is a lot more senior. It’s a challenge but a real confidence builder.
I love the buzz and the challenge within the office. I feel we all work as a dedicated team with everyone within W12 committed to making a difference.
My background is within banking and as such recognise the importance of diplomacy and always giving our clients a first-class service.
Katy Owen
Scheduler & Key Account Manager
Hi, I’m Katy and I joined the W12 family near the end of last year. I look after the FM division and commercial contracts, everything from raising the jobs to scheduling and invoicing. I enjoy the challenges that the industry we work in brings and I have to draw on different aspects of my character in order to achieve the right outcome. When I’m not in the office, you can find me wrapped up in the biggest blanket reading a book on the sofa.
Caitlin McCartney
HR & Social Value Administrator
I’m Caitlin, the Compliance Administrator of W12 Group. My main duties include dealing with the onboarding of new clients and new contractors as well as providing HR support and assisting with our recruitment process. I joined the company in January 2021 and immediately became embraced in the company culture which is so dynamic, diverse, and forward thinking. I am extremely excited about my future with W12 Group and aim to play a key role in the company’s success.
Julie Wilcox

Hi, I’m Julie and I’m a scheduler at W12 Group.
In my role I’m often faced with making difficult decisions and everyday has its own challenges.
On the helpdesk, we work together as a tight knit-team, always there to help and support each other.
We have a wonderful and hard-working team of engineers that are never afraid to say YES.
No question is a stupid question, and no problem is too small.
